12. ICT & Assessment in the EYFS
Discussion focused on the use of ICT as an assessment tool for Early Years Practioners.
It was felt there was work to be done looking at how VLEs can be used in conjunction with a handheld device.
Handheld device could be used to record pictures, voice, text and access the platform.
Template device could be used to record so assessment could be directly inputed to VLE.
These assessments could be hyperlinked to Foundation Stage profile.
